- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards and development practices for patient-facing products
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products
- Previous role as a technical lead, with a focus on architecture direction and mentoring
- Proficiency in full-stack development and familiarity with mobile frameworks like React Native
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-trust consumer domains is preferred
- Understanding of user engagement, retention, and onboarding flows
