Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a product-minded Staff Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for pioneering an AI-first platform by building next-generation APIs and SDKs, owning core capabilities end-to-end, and designing systems for massive scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Pioneer the AI-First Platform by developing APIs, SDKs, and Model Context Protocol servers for seamless interactions
• Own core capabilities end-to-end, architecting mission-critical systems including distributed event-driven architectures and high-throughput order processing
• Design for massive scale, ensuring high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance in a multi-tenant environment

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record in designing robust, high-scale APIs and backend services
• Deep experience with Python, Go, Kubernetes, and Event-Driven Systems
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth, and SSO
• Experience in building maintainable, production-ready software with a focus on automated testing and CI/CD
• Ability to abstract complexity and enhance developer experience through intuitive tooling
