Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a product-minded Staff Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will own foundational platform capabilities end-to-end, build next-generation APIs and SDKs, and ensure high availability and fault tolerance across a multi-tenant environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Pioneer the AI-First Platform by developing APIs, SDKs, and Model Context Protocol servers for seamless interaction with the platform
- Own core capabilities end-to-end, architecting mission-critical systems including identity management and order processing
- Champion a "You Build It, You Run It" culture, taking accountability for the full lifecycle of services from design to optimization
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record in designing robust, high-scale APIs and backend services
- Deep experience with technologies such as Python, Go, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, observability, and service level objectives (SLOs)
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and security best practices
- Systems thinking with a focus on developer experience and customer impact
