Job Summary
Owning the technical strategy and architecture of the go-to-market technology stack, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and operate AI agents and automated workflows to enhance sales productivity while collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution and long-term evolution of the go-to-market technology stack
- Design and implement production-grade AI systems that automate sales processes and improve decision-making

Required qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in setting technical direction and delivering complex systems across multiple teams
- Experience in designing and operating production software utilizing AI technologies
- A track record of transitioning AI capabilities from prototype to production, ensuring reliability and security
- Strong software engineering and system-design skills, with hands-on experience across various technology layers
