Job Summary
Owning the technical strategy and architecture of the go-to-market technology stack, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and operate AI-powered systems and automated workflows to enhance sales productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and evolution of the go-to-market technology stack
- Design and implement production-grade AI agents and automated workflows to streamline sales processes
- Guide technical execution across various initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in setting technical direction and delivering complex systems across multiple teams
- Experience with production software utilizing AI technologies, including large language models and workflow orchestration
- Strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience across application, service, integration, and data layers
- Ability to influence and mentor engineers while navigating ambiguous problems and making informed tradeoff decisions
