Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the technical strategy and architecture of the go-to-market technology stack, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and operate AI agents and automated workflows that enhance sales productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of initiatives by setting direction and guiding engineers in delivering high-quality solutions
- Design, build, and manage production-grade AI systems that streamline sales processes and improve decision-making
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in setting technical direction and delivering complex systems across multiple teams
- Expertise in designing and operating software utilizing AI technologies and large language models
- Strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience across application, service, integration, and data layers
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and influence technical and business partners effectively
