- Define and translate the vision for AI capabilities into multi-quarter technical direction
- Lead cross-team initiatives to establish durable platform architecture and shared services
- Unblock critical work by aligning decisions across systems and domains, while anticipating future constraints
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 3+ years of experience leading software teams or major technical initiatives
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and Terraform
- Experience guiding AI/LLM platform or application architecture
- Strong systems-design judgment across reliability, observability, and security
