Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Staff Software Engineer to lead the AI Platform team remotely, the role involves owning the technical vision and architecture, driving strategy, and enhancing team output through hands-on engineering in a TypeScript-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and architecture of the AI platform, making design choices and communicating with stakeholders
- Design and build core components of the AI platform, including agent orchestration and integration APIs
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and independent decision-making within the team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in production with TypeScript
- Experience in designing distributed systems and edge computing, preferably with Cloudflare Workers
- Proven track record in developing and shipping agentic or LLM-powered features in production
- Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with embedded/edge databases or PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Cloudflare, GCP, or AWS
