Job Summary
Recognized as a technical authority, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture and modernization of services within a remote environment, focusing on managing projects that enhance the platform's capabilities and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and design of services, data flows, and integration points across the team's domain
- Lead modernization efforts, including migration strategies and the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership
- Expertise in backend engineering with TypeScript/Node.js and/or Java, and experience across multiple programming languages

- Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and managing service extraction from monoliths
- Strong background in AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices
