Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and deliver a new cloud-native platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business capabilities into scalable software while establishing engineering practices for long-term support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of platform capabilities
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to create executable technical designs
- Establish and reinforce engineering standards and practices across software design and production readiness
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership
- Proficiency in cloud-native application architecture and design
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, scalability, and security
- Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical leaders
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and artifacts
