Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving technical collaboration with a key US-based partner, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will manage the technical relationship, guide partner developers, and ensure high-quality contributions to the OpenCTI core project while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical relay and enabler for the partnership, contributing to key parts of the codebase
- Facilitate technical refinement sessions and design reviews with partner engineers
- Coach engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and structured feedback to elevate technical quality
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with TypeScript and hands-on experience with NodeJS, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development
- 8+ years in Software Engineering with a track record of reliable, iterative delivery
- Comfortable in a full-remote, async-first environment
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with experience influencing external partners' engineering practices
