Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and innovative, the remote Staff Software Engineer will architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines, focusing on building 0-to-1 tools to enhance sales operations and integrating AI services into the tech stack.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI for automating sales processes
- Build backend connections between the custom quoting engine, Salesforce, and internal data lakes for seamless operations
- Address complex synchronization and architectural challenges to ensure scalable and resilient systems
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python, with a proven track record in building complex distributed systems
- Hands-on experience in building LLM agents in a production environment
- Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow across various systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
