Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a product-minded Staff Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will pioneer the AI-first platform by building next-generation APIs and SDKs, owning core capabilities end-to-end, and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance across a multi-tenant environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Pioneer the AI-First Platform by developing APIs, SDKs, and Model Context Protocol servers for seamless interaction with the platform
- Own core capabilities end-to-end, architecting mission-critical systems for enterprise identity and high-throughput order processing
- Design systems for massive scale, ensuring operational resilience and observability in a multi-tenant environment
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience designing robust, high-scale APIs and backend services
- Deep experience with technologies such as Python, Go, Kubernetes, and Event-Driven Systems
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and a track record of producing maintainable, production-ready software
- Experience in creating intuitive tooling and reusable platform primitives for internal teams and partners
- Demonstrated ability to take accountability for the full lifecycle of services, from design to optimization
