- Drive large multi-month initiatives and collaborate on strategic planning with cross-functional teams

- 8+ years of experience shipping code in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience building event-based and advanced distributed systems
- Proven track record as a technical lead for a small team
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers on distributed systems patterns and best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
