Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine early-stage AI systems and frameworks to enhance user experiences

• Translate complex problems into structured engineering approaches using data analysis and machine learning principles

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 2+ years developing generative AI products
• Experience in the full lifecycle of early-phase AI development, from ideation to production
• Proven ability to prototype and explore new opportunities leading to successful projects
• Experience in developing deep product and business knowledge for connecting modeling tasks with business value
• A relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field is a plus
