Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop product features using a diverse technology stack while leveraging CI/CD for rapid iteration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-native software and provide technical design documentation
• Build deterministic software systems around LLMs to ensure accuracy in healthcare data and mentor junior engineers in development practices

Required Qualifications

• BS or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software development experience with server-side applications, particularly API servers and data processing
• Expertise in a compiled language such as GoLang or Java
• Proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including schema design and SQL tuning
• Working knowledge of AWS technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
