Staff Software Engineer - AI

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer - AI, this full-time remote position will drive the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms built on microservices and AI capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital innovation in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of microservices architectures and integration of AI/ML solutions
• Design and implement scalable data platforms and pipelines for real-time processing
• Drive enterprise architecture and technical strategy with a focus on responsible AI practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, covering the full software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• 5+ years of programming experience in Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go, with a focus on backend development
• 3+ years of experience in designing microservices architecture and API design
• 2+ years of experience integrating AI/ML solutions and designing distributed systems
