Job Summary

Driving large-scale technical initiatives, the full-time Staff Software Engineer - AI will shape platform architecture and deliver AI-native product experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional projects from concept through production, aligning architecture decisions with business goals
• Ship intelligent features leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-time data to enhance real estate professionals' operations
• Lead system design in an AI-native codebase, owning critical platform capabilities and establishing engineering standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time in senior or staff-level roles
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience in designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems, and distributed databases
• Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives in a SaaS environment
