Job Summary
To support a growing AI-driven estate planning platform, the full-time Staff Software Engineer - AI will utilize Large Language Models to develop applied AI applications, construct services for data ingestion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize existing Large Language Models to build AI applications focused on high accuracy rates and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop models/services that extract insights from data
- Design and implement tooling for model training, evaluation, and monitoring while managing database performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering and AI technologies
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools, including OpenAI and machine learning model implementation
- Hands-on experience with building scalable microservices and database management
