Job Summary
Owning the AI foundation for product teams, the full-time Staff Software Engineer, AI will manage model selection, eval infrastructure, and ship agentic features while working remotely across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI foundation, including model selection, routing, and context management
- Define and encode eval standards for output quality in collaboration with customers and finance experts
- Ship end-to-end agentic features, focusing on optimization and observability of agent behavior
Required qualifications
- Proven experience shipping production LLM systems with a focus on evals and context management
- Strong judgment in design abstractions and the ability to ship incrementally
- Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, along with user-facing product development
- Background in building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of systems built by teams you don't manage
