Job Summary
As a senior technical leader, the full-time Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML will design, develop, and implement core AI platform capabilities to support GenAI-powered applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities for scalable GenAI applications
- Contribute to the design and deployment of tools and infrastructure for applied scientists

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership at a staff level
- 3+ years of experience building AI/ML infrastructure in production
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems in production
- Experience in building or operating AI evaluation systems
