Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to enhance data quality and governance
• Lead a team of engineers to oversee data engineering and maintain data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of software development experience, focusing on data, preferably in the health-tech sector
• Experience with Golang, PostgresDB, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of algorithms and efficient data structures
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
