Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack to provide architectural leadership and hands-on expertise across all layers of their Grading Operations platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to production release
• Maintain and extend the current tech stack, primarily .NET C#, with additional solutions in Python and Vue.js
• Drive architectural decisions and mentor the team while tackling complex technical debt and high-impact issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with backend software and microservices
• Experience with Python for production-grade applications
• Hands-on development and architectural experience with service-oriented and cloud systems
• Proficiency in data modeling and database design, preferably with Postgres or SQL Server
• Experience with DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and AWS stack
