Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and hands-on Staff Software Engineer in Test for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on architecting and leading automated system integration testing frameworks, collaborating across teams to ensure robust quality in complex software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy comprehensive automated system integration testing frameworks for multi-component service environments
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to address integration discrepancies early in the project lifecycle and validate REST specifications
• Lead cross-functional engineering pods and mentor team members in advanced software automation practices

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development or test automation engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role
• Expert programming skills in backend languages such as Java, Python, or Go, and experience with modern test automation frameworks
• Hands-on expertise in verifying microservices and event-driven data hubs using technologies like Apache Kafka
• Comprehensive experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of regulated domains such as HealthTech or FinTech
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
