Job Summary
To support the development of high-quality software applications, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer in Test will design and implement automated test cases, collaborate with stakeholders on testing priorities, and mentor junior testers while leveraging AI tools to enhance testing processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality
- Collaborate with software engineers to define and prioritize testing efforts
- Mentor junior test engineers in best practices and maintain compliance with testing standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8+ years in a related position
- Master level knowledge of AI-enhanced development tools
- Expertise in two programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#
- Expert level experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
