Staff Software Engineer MLOps

Job Summary

To support the development and operation of cutting-edge AI/ML applications, the remote Staff Software Engineer, MLOps will manage the deployment, integration, and maintenance of ML products while collaborating with satellite development teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and integrate computer vision solutions for satellite imagery analytics
• Ensure the quality and production readiness of Python or Go code
• Manage cloud infrastructure and code deployment to AWS, Kubernetes, or other environments

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years of software engineering experience, with at least three years focused on geospatial MLOps
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, or a related field
• Experience designing and building scalable production software solutions for machine learning or image processing
• Proficiency in Python3 or Go, with experience in data ETL, REST APIs, and cloud deployment
• Experience with databases and SQL, particularly PostgreSQL/PostGIS
