Staff Software Engineer (SAP PTP)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (SAP PTP).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project forecasting and planning sessions to ensure resource levels meet build demand
• Lead maintenance and enforcement of ABAP coding standards, providing design guidance to functional teams
• Design, develop, and manage complex technical projects to improve or add functionality to the SAP landscape

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of SAP ABAP engineering experience, including 2+ years in Technical Architecture
• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4 transformations and migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA
• Strong ABAP debugging skills and experience with ECC and S/4 HANA development practices
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and new SAP technologies such as Fiori SAPUI5 and SAP BTP Integration Suite
