Job Summary

As a full-time Staff Software Engineer - Windows, the candidate will design, build, and manage kernel-mode enforcement drivers for the Identity Security Platform, ensuring real-time security decisions on Windows endpoints while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own kernel-mode enforcement drivers, blocking operations inline in the kernel
• Manage the kernel/user-mode enforcement boundary, capturing events and evaluating policies
• Drive down enforce-mode latency and extend enforcement into containers and isolation

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Windows kernel internals and production kernel-mode driver development in C, C++, or Rust
• Hands-on experience with kernel-mode driver work for security enforcement
• Familiarity with driver signing, deployment, and the operational costs of shipping kernel code
• 8+ years of experience in systems-level software engineering with a focus on Windows kernel development
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven development tools in a systems software context
