Staff Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As the primary customer-facing technical leader within the Growth team, the full-time Staff Solutions Architect will work remotely to guide prospects and customers in understanding the suitability of their applications for Temporal's platform, showcasing technical advantages, and managing relationships with key decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to assess application compatibility with Temporal's platform
• Educate customers on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal's services
• Foster adoption and expansion of Temporal within customer engineering organizations

Required qualifications

• Reside within the Central Time Zone, preferably in Chicago, Dallas, or Austin
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies and design principles
• Proficiency in building application prototypes using supported languages such as Java, Golang, or Python
• Experience with major cloud providers and application development services
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting and writing
