Staff Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a Staff Solutions Architect, the full-time remote position will engage with enterprise customers to guide them through the adoption of the Apollo Graph Platform, leveraging expertise in GraphQL and distributed architectures while providing hands-on implementation and consulting support.

Key responsibilities

• Educate engineering teams on the value of the Apollo Graph Platform and assist in the effective rollout of federated graphs
• Serve as a key technical adviser for enterprise customers throughout their GraphQL journey, from proof of concept to production
• Devise innovative solutions to enhance federated graph adoption and identify opportunities to maximize business value for customers

Required qualifications

• Technical background in enterprise data delivery, particularly with APIs and ideally GraphQL
• Experience creating code samples and advising engineers, fostering trusted relationships
• Proven track record of delivering results with strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Passion for mentoring and collaborating with teams to achieve success
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and customers to solve complex problems
