Staff Solutions Architect
Job Summary
As a primary customer-facing technical leader for the Growth team, the remote Staff Solutions Architect will guide prospects and customers in assessing their applications for Temporal's platform, educate them on technical benefits, and manage relationships with key decision-makers to enhance adoption and expansion of Temporal's services.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospects to evaluate application compatibility with Temporal's platform
- Educate customers on the technical advantages and limitations of Temporal's cloud service
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans in partnership with Account Executives
Required qualifications
- Reside within the Western Time Zone, preferably in San Francisco or Denver
- Deep understanding of distributed system technologies and design principles
- Proficiency in building application prototypes using languages such as Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with application development services
- Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting and writing
