Staff Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the senior technical authority for Client Operations, the full-time Staff Solutions Architect will provide executive-level technical leadership across Candescent's digital banking platform, shaping architecture standards and implementation strategies while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern architecture principles and technical standards for Client Operations across Candescent platform services
- Lead technical strategy for complex client situations, partnering with various teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions
- Own the technical architecture strategy for migrating clients from DI to Votiv, ensuring effective implementation and support at scale
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution or enterprise architecture, and technical consulting
- Deep expertise in digital banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS architectures, including APIs and complex implementations
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across organizational boundaries
- Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite leaders and client executives
