Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Solutions Consultant to lead presales engagements for commercial and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows and identify customer requirements
• Design solution architectures that integrate workflows, automations, and AI Agents
• Document Statements of Work and partner with teams for resource planning and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in solution consulting or enterprise implementation
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and systems
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted systems
• Proven ability to author and negotiate Statements of Work for professional services
