Staff Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Solutions Consultant to lead presales engagements for commercial and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand workflows and identify AI integration opportunities
• Document current processes and design scalable ClickUp solution architectures incorporating AI Agents
• Build prototypes and develop business cases to quantify the value of AI-powered workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or workflow consulting roles
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and deploying AI-assisted systems
• Proven ability to author and negotiate Statements of Work for professional services engagements
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating AI capabilities into practical solutions
