Staff Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, the full-time Staff Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategy, solution design, and executive presentations while collaborating across teams to drive technical wins and elevate the Solutions Engineering organization in a remote or Austin, TX-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for major enterprise opportunities, ensuring solution design and technical success throughout the sales cycle
• Lead consultative technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to various audiences
• Mentor and develop Solutions Engineers while driving best practices and improving presales effectiveness across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise SaaS customers
• Proven success in supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 1000 organizations
• Deep expertise in designing enterprise SaaS solution architectures and leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Experience creating reusable technical documentation and presales processes to enhance team effectiveness
