Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Structural Simulation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize first principle physics and ANSYS FEA simulation tools to evaluate device performance across various metrics
• Communicate risk assessments and recommended optimizations to internal stakeholders
• Guide testing efforts for materials and sub-assembly components, creating meaningful findings from results

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in structural simulation
• Minimum of a Master's Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Aerospace engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanics and FEA theory
• Demonstrated system level thinking and understanding
• Knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical and/or ANSYS LS-Dyna
