Staff Structured Origination Manager

Job Summary

Leading efforts to identify and co-develop energy projects, the full-time Staff Structured Origination Manager will focus on negotiating complex agreements with renewable developers for long-duration energy storage deployment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets
• Negotiate co-development agreements and structure compensation mechanisms tied to revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with finance to build project-level financial models and evaluate project financing structures

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy, particularly in project acquisition or structured development partnerships
• Proven experience structuring complex, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy sector
• Track record of acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy or storage projects in relevant markets
• Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations related to storage projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships in a fast-paced environment
