Staff System Engineer

Job Summary

Bringing deep expertise in digital engagement platforms, the full-time Staff System Engineer will architect and build solutions for chat, messaging, and agent tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical strategies within a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop digital channel engagement solutions integrated with the CRM platform
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital engagement technologies, advising stakeholders on capabilities and trade-offs
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, particularly in digital channel engagement platforms
• Proven track record of building and launching CRM products end-to-end
• Strong coding ability and experience with architectural patterns for large-scale systems
• Experience integrating CRM platforms via APIs and telephony integrations
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable technical designs from ambiguous business requirements
