Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-platform design system with clear architecture and scalability principles
• Own the roadmap and prioritization based on product needs and system performance
• Design and implement core system components and ensure high standards for visual precision and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in front-end, design, or creative engineering with a strong mobile focus
• Proven track record in building and scaling design systems and component libraries
• Expertise in React (Web) and React Native, along with modern front-end architecture
• Experience driving adoption of shared systems and implementing design-to-code pipelines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
