Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a multi-platform design system with clear architecture and governance
• Own the roadmap and prioritize based on product needs and system performance
• Design and implement core system components, ensuring high standards for usability and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in front-end, design, or creative engineering with a focus on mobile
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems across multiple teams/products
• Expertise in React (Web) and React Native
• Strong understanding of design craft, including typography and visual systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
