Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer - Behavior Requirements and Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, documentation, alignment, and verification of behavioral system requirements
• Act as a central contact for behavioral requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Drive safety culture through application of safety standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's or PhD in an engineering discipline preferred
• 5+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or a related industry
• Experience with requirements and metrics for driving behavior evaluations
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering, and physics
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python or Matlab
