Staff Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer - Release Strategy & Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for verification and validation lifecycle and test planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive verification and validation strategy across various testing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product release strategies and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in relevant field with 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in technical systems or software development, including leadership roles in safety-critical software
• Experience with complex embedded systems and safety-critical commercial product launches
• Familiarity with software release tools and processes
• Experience delivering production systems from prototype to launch and maintenance
