Staff Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a leading aerospace and autonomous technology client, the contract Staff Talent Sourcer will develop strategic sourcing plans, partner with recruiters to define candidate profiles, and conduct in-depth talent market research while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent across engineering and technical functions globally
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and hiring priorities
• Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies and tools to engage passive candidates and build candidate pipelines

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of talent sourcing experience in technical or specialized professional hiring
• Background in aerospace, defense, robotics, or other highly technical industries preferred
• Expert-level proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies
• Experience building relationships with passive candidates and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
