Staff Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering organization, the full-time Staff Technical Delivery Manager will own the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs while maintaining visibility across delivery risks and translating technical progress for stakeholders in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of high-priority programs across engineering orgs, including infrastructure releases and compliance-driven delivery cycles
• Maintain a current view of program status, milestones, and delivery risks, surfacing blockers early to drive resolution
• Partner with engineering leads and VPs on program scoping, sequencing, and milestone tracking while engaging on technical decisions affecting timelines

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years in technical program management, software engineering, or a closely related field with a track record of running complex programs end to end
• Solid command of the software development lifecycle, particularly in agile and hybrid delivery models
• Technical acumen at a systems level to engage credibly with engineers on decisions affecting timelines and dependencies
• Proven experience using AI tooling and program management platforms to maintain operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and expert-level knowledge in productivity and work management tooling
