Staff Technical Lead Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Staff Technical Lead Manager, the successful candidate will architect and evolve systems connecting Fetch's data products to external partners, manage a team of junior engineers, and drive technical strategy while ensuring platform reliability and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the Delivery Platform, focusing on data export services and connectors to enhance reliability and performance
- Own platform reliability, leading the resolution of delivery failures and identifying risk reduction opportunities
- Drive multi-quarter technical strategy by defining initiatives that shape the AMPS and broader Data organization
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing scope and technical ownership
- Strong background in platform or software engineering, particularly in architecting scalable systems
- Proven success in defining and delivering multi-quarter technical initiatives involving multiple teams
- Experience owning shared infrastructure designed for reuse, scalability, and predictable operation
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure fundamentals, including pipelines and governed data access
