Staff Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the definition and evolution of foundational platform capabilities across multiple engineering organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve cross-platform system primitives and structures to translate mission and product needs into durable system behaviors
• Drive resolution of structural problems that span multiple engineering organizations while maintaining convergence momentum
• Build alignment across engineering leadership, design, and mission stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of shared capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating at a Staff level in Technical Product Management, product architecture, or engineer-to-PM hybrid roles
• Strong systems reasoning skills across distributed systems, identity/authorization, or platform architecture
• Demonstrated success in shaping technical direction across multiple teams
• Ability to drive cross-organizational technical initiatives and articulate tradeoffs effectively
• High ownership mindset in ambiguous environments with a proactive approach to identifying structural risks
