Staff Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the evolution of AI-powered simulation capabilities, the full-time Staff Technical Product Manager will define and deliver core AI and HPC functionalities across various products while collaborating with R&D and field teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define core AI and HPC capabilities and reference implementations across HFSS, Icepak, and AEDT
• Prioritize AI use cases such as model generation, solver guidance, and automation
• Support product teams with HPC solution patterns, including distributed compute and cloud deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong Python scripting skills for automating engineering workflows and developing reusable tools
• Familiarity with HFSS, Icepak, Maxwell, AEDT, or comparable simulation environments
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering workflows and intelligent automation
• Experience with HPC deployment models including multicore, cluster, cloud, and GPU acceleration
