Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overall IAM program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of IAM features and enhancements
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple workstreams within the IAM program

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in access management and security
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and experience with IAM platforms like Okta or Ping Identity
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native IAM services
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and skilled in managing senior leadership communications
• Outstanding leadership skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
