Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager - Hardware R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex multi-disciplinary hardware development programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop plans, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure seamless communication with leadership and manage day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies including waterfall and hybrid approaches
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix environment
• High emotional intelligence with a track record of managing interpersonal relationships effectively
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and translating goals into strategic milestones
