Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex multi-disciplinary hardware development programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop plans, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure program compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies, including waterfall and hybrid approaches
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate goals into strategic milestones
• High emotional intelligence with a track record of managing interpersonal relationships effectively
